CM gave those tutorials to hold under copyright ©elmacdezign and ©elmacdesign, and permission can be granted by ©elmacdezign only to use or translate.Any permissions prior to the handover is null and void
You may not use or copy any tutorials held under those copyrights, either whole or in part without permission from ©elmacdezign.
Stationery or anything else you make is for personal use only, but it is required that you keep the name of the tutorial writer in the 'ticker'.
You may not use them as your 'tutorials', or any other written instruction
You may not add them to any collection either on the Internet or in groups, or add them to a CD.
You may not translate them into other languages without express permission of the author
