If you want to do this stationery so that it wraps around the graphic, you just need to take into consideration that you are using a transparent gif for your image, which may have lots of transparency around it, and then use a blank transparent gif in the message area to compensate and mae the message wrap.
I inserted my message area like this, but you may have to play with the numbers to come up with a decent wrap.  If your image is the same size as mine, then you will have no problem./

Message area margins for this one were  left, 130, right 40, top 50, bottom 40, . This took into consideration the size of the left margins of the container, and the width of my image, plus the size of the top margins of my containers, and the height of the image. Then I clicked on the little green picture square at the top toolbar, and brwosed to where I had my blank tranpsrent gif and inserted that with these margins, left 5, right 0, bottom 5, top 0.  It worked out correctly for this size, and the words wrapped ok.

If you dont have lots of space around your transparent image, then make your blank transparent gif exactly the same size as your image.  work the margins out as above, the eidth of the containers, plus width of your graphic, and the height of your container margins, plus the height of your graphic.  This should give you an exact measurement for your message area margins.
If anyone gets stuck, let me know.
