This Scrippy uses multiple positioned containers placed at different places around the Master Scrippy.   Each container contains 5 Top Border Scrolls.  I also set the display time to be different for each container to give the flashing effect.  Naturally you don't have to have this many containers, but this example will show you how to have more than one set of slide shows.

I also used a background scroll for the moon and kept it in a relatively small container at the top left.
